Software Support Contract

This Software Support Contract ("Contract") is entered into between you the Customer ("Customer") and LeVere Entertainment Inc. ("Software Provider") for the provision of software support services related to the OpenBID Google Sheets Template provided by the Software Provider.
Scope of Services
The Software Provider agrees to provide the following support services to the Customer:
Technical support for the Google Sheets Template.
Troubleshooting assistance for issues with the Google Sheets Template.
Assistance with customization and configuration of the Google Sheets Template.
Updates and bug fixes for the Google Sheets Template.
Support will be provided during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm (PST) except on national holidays, and weekends.
Support will be provided through the following channels:
Email support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be sent Google Meet links when needed.
Term and Termination
This Contract shall commence on the date stated in the email receipt and shall remain in effect until terminated earlier by either party upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Either party may terminate this Contract at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party.
The Software Provider will provide support services to the Customer at no additional cost for the duration of this Contract.
Limitation of Liability
The Software Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Google Sheets Template, even if the Software Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Columbia, Canada without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
